IT project portfolio management

IT project portfolio management involves the planning and management of all IT projects and programs. Due to the frequent discrepancy between the desired and possible number of projects, the projects are prioritized and implemented within the scope of the available capacities. The BAMAC Group corrects past performance. Performance is assessed with the help of standardized procedures. Recommendations on planned measures are then made. We use mathematical models to create a high level of planning certainty for decisions.
